varied tech trees?

varied tech trees would be nice, eg Germanys tech tree has tanks aircraft and inf good early but could take longer in developing nukes and sea vessels apart from subs, or the Russians get militia lvl ups earlier then other nations, this is still WIP suggestion,

I disagree, the country you select should be base on location. Now I would be fine with this if it was a separate option and all the players can use the same tech tree if they wish.
