Veterancy and Enthusiasm
When a regiment defeats any enemy regiments in a day, it's morale increases. If my infantry defeats an enemy division, my division gets a 10% extra morale boost.
Once my division is at 100% and still defeats enemies, and reaches like 150% or more ig, it reaches enthusiasm which is an instant level up of all units in the Division. Even if I haven't researched lv2 of any unit, I can reach with enthusiasm.
Suggest changes.

Damn. I didn't think of that. But the veterancy is equal to a gold usage. I don't think it will affect much.

Artilleries have less defense points. Even slightest attacks on artilleries cause much damage. They must not affect much.
