Visualization of infrastructure level 1

While not a biggie, it would really help for planning and tuning the transport network if level 1 infrastructure could be seen. Right now there is no difference between no road/infrastructure and level 1. Level 2 and 3 are visible, which is nice, but lvl 1 is the most used, so it is most needed for this.

Simply making lines a bit thicker might work?
