We need "SP Anti-tanks" + "Aircraft carrier" + "faster frigates for land troops"

First time involving the Forum so don't know much about it.

I remember seeing the "blueprint suggestion" post ages ago, yet never bother to speak up.

SP Anti tanks

I have been waiting for awhile now, by the tread, will we have any SP Anti-tanks?

Too many players have been focusing on mainly making tanks and in fact, they are the superior units on land statistically.

A light tank can eliminate 5 anti-tank well enough, which is kinda unfair.

Introducing SP Anti tanks, however, can give another layer of diversity.

This should give reckless players a pause before mobilizing tanks.

Aircraft carrier

Just saw the new beautiful wall paper on the front page and thanks for the update to the Call of War team as ever.

Meanwhile, I noticed a couple flat top vessels.

The air power ability has greatly reduced if a vast ocean or multiple country in between the targets.

The carrier, I believe, is a solution to provide air support for landing troops.

Faster Frigates or Land Troops at Sea

Finally an idea originated from me (I hope).

I find it frustrating whenever I see how slow my flotillas relocate despite me researched my navy to the top level.

If Infantry can upgraded to cars and mechs, why not Frigates? Make them tougher and/or faster.

The above is just my humble opinion.

Please feel free to comment on it.

And many thanks as always for the team that creates this wonderful game.

PS. I wonder if Cavalry is a good suggestion too. Just make them as Militia Upgrades.

PPS. And I do like the Medical Clinics, College and Commending Center on the other post.

and no cavalry is not a good idea here, an entire cavalry regiment of Poland attack a single German light tank, the light tank simply ignored them and the cavalry was completely devastated without even touching the tank.
I'm pretty sure the Polish cavalry attacking a German tank was a myth created by Jerry himself.

I saw it from History Channel, when they show actual history on the WW2 anniversary if I remember right.

The "history" channel, eh? That explains everything.

Ah so the cavalry never actually charged at tanks, they charged againts a motorized division of infantry I also learned the cavalry have anti-tank rifles effective at the German tanks of the time.

But should it be better if they employed armoured cars or other light vehicles instead? The German AC really mowed them, although the German advance was delayed the charge is a complete waste of time, lives, and resource in the grand scheme of things and is considered an insignificant victory.

well, if one says cavalry, most think about guys on horsebacks charging with sabers, lances and in modern times with pistols and rifles at the enemy... which the polish actually did in ww2...

but in most cases, allready in the years befor ww1 cavalry wasnt used to charge at the enemy, as modern rifles and mgs would most likely just massacre it, but instead the cavalry was used as mobile infantry. as V1d1cat0r pointed out they were equipted with anti-tank rifles, but also with mgs and mortars.

they ride into battle, climbed from their horsebacks, prepared their weapons and would than fight as normal infantry.

also not only the polish still had cavalry units, but also the russians and the germans. the germans for example used cavalry in the caucasians mountains as mobile infantry, since the terrain was unfavorable for trucks.

so, i would from a historical view as from the gameplay, support the idea of cavalry as a new unit.

Hold on here, the their was never a cavalry charge against german tanks, it was made by german propaganda to hide the fact that the polish did charge german infantry and caused them to fall back. but what mostly happened was that the cavalry was away to get around quick. The troops would dismount and move as light infantry, the Charge at Krojanty is a good example of this tactic, but unfortunately german mechanised troops attacked them, using superior fire power. Also i like to add that the PZ.1 and PZ.2 were very good tanks for the time, don't forget technology moved very rapidly then and tank designs became outdated in a year or two. The russian T-34 was updated all the time, so much we just grouped them into year built : T-34-Mod 1939, 1940, 1941, 1942, 1943 then T-34-85

Taking over the Forum 1 post at a time.

Don't forget the T-34 varied from factory to factory as well. The good infantry had half tracks, then trucks, then bicycles, then horses and then on foot for the worst equipped. Bicycles wear so good German troops would steal them in France and hook HMG's up to them to get around quickly rather than having to carry it while Japan had bicycle brigades. Bicycles are way better than horses.

man bicycles are great, anyone who has played Heroes and Generals would agree with me. Nothing like riding through the countryside while machinegun fire shreds your face off.

Maybe riding through the jungle beside your tanks as you head towards Singapore.
