What if you could create your own game mode/Map

While the developers do a amazing job at trying to make new and fun game modes, they can’t always guess what some players want. So what if there was a tool which allowed players to make their own maps, game modes, mabye even an alt history. And if they turn out good enough, they might be made into an event, or if they are lucky, a permanent game mode. This would help to see what players want in the game, and can take out any stress of trying to come up with any new ideas.
