What kind of a behaviour is this?

I am both surprised and sad at the level of immaturity and sluggishness of the Game operators/ moderators/ whomsoever be concern.

Its been well over two days since I reported two accounts for multi accounting. But I havent received any sort of reply in that matter from the concerned(if any lol) people. Not just once, I have reported those two accounts twice just to be sure.

Kindly look into this matter and at least send a reply if my muti accounting accusations were right or not. If right please ban these nuisance creators.
