Why can't I do anonymous newspaper articles anymore?

I loved using the anonymous newspaper articles because it could cause so much chaos within your enemy's coalitions but one day it was gone.
Is it gone for everyone or is it just my computer?

I loved that feature very much, in one game i made germany declare war on china with anonymous newspaper and then i attacked him i conquered all of gerrmany with little to no opposition (bcz most of his troops were in china) . it is good for trolling as well.

First time i lost i was betrayed by a guy who made me attack other countries using anon. Tho i did spank him back to his own capital
