That country has a very low proportion of internet users, compared to the rest of the world. Other than occasional (assumingely white) South Africans, I have yet to come across a genuine black person from Africa in my time playing this game, let along from Niger. I’d say it’s 0.01% chance it’s an actual person from Niger and a 99.99% chance it’s a racist.

I have come across two one from Nigeria, cant remember where the other one was from.
