Why is there no report button?

There should always be a 'report' option available. I highly doubt that the person you speak of is telling the truth, if I recall, such a username is against CoW policy. Multi-accounting is also very much against the rules. I recommend sending a report to the CoW staff. They can be accessed on the main CoW site by checking the 'support' button at the bottom of the page. There, you should be able to report the issue. Please include as much information as you can (match ID, user ID, screenshots, etc). Hope this helps! Feel free to reply here if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
