Why is World at War Map not available in create new game

It would overload the servers. Apparently, in one of Bytro's other games, Supremacy 1914, someone made a bunch of world maps when they came out and crashed the servers or something, so now we can't make them as we wish.

How is admin selected? How do you know you're not going to get a bad admin? The one I was in kicked inactives on day ten after a newspaper article complained and never did again after that.

The situation shown above applies to the other maps as well, why pick on world?

I really think their should be a minimum rank to create new games, or a large gold fee.

Could the idea behind world be extended? Have maps that will automatically be created only if there are no open spotes on any of the running ones? If you want to be in day 1 and don't want a running one, you can get on a waiting list.

It wouldnt solve the inactivity problem, but I think it would help a little bit.

Now then there is the problem to solve for people who want a practice/test match to understand advanced game mechanics better, or play in a friends only match etc...
