Zoom Tool for Custom Flags

When uploading a custom naiton flag, there should be a tool that allows players to zoom the uploaded image in or out, as well as being able to position a zoomed-in flag so you can control what part of the zoomed-in flag is displayed.

Similar with how DIscord users are able to zoom in and position their pfps, if anyone here is familiar with Discord.
