Resource Number Display

The resource counter at the top of the screen could do with a tweak or two.

If the count display turns to thousands (K) at the very first thousand; thematically because of being a part of the 40K universe then that's fine, don't change that part.

I do think there should be somewhere we can easily see the actual total we have down to the singles if we have below 10K of a resource.

However I do think that the resource display should never round up, there is never a helpful time for the resource display yo round up to the nearest 100, rounding down even if you have 99 is more useful for a player trying to use 100 resource because you just factually do not have it.
