Mission Rewards

I have mission rewards in several games (set map to political view) and I have not received those rewards in any of the games that mission is showing. It does not realize that I have put the map in political view.

In Battleground USA, There is a mission to research Infantry Veteran and I have not received that reward after completing it

I am not sure that I am in the correct forum for this, but it appears to be a bug.
