Secret Labs not counting for Achievement after 914

Hello,

I'm a usual PC player (sometimes mobile), I play for many years, always with the Security Council, and I've been chasing the Achievements for a long time.

I've achieved all the achievements of the game, except "Dr. Strange Love VII", which seems to be stuck on the 914 Secret Lab count for months now.

I've tried building SL in new maps, old maps, on PC, on mobile, lvl 1 - 5, queued, direct building, nothing seems to work for the count to go over 914.

• I've opened a Bug report, no reply.
• I've opened a ticket support, got the usual bot reply, but no response for a couple of months.
• I've contacted a Ambassador/Moderator "WillTreaty", got reply, got some feedback, but no follow-up, no solution.

Who or how, can I get a feedback/support from, in regard to the issue I'm reporting?
