Nice idea if it is ever implemented.

The maps "Flashpoint" and "Battleground USA" are typically considered the tutorial maps. All new players are put into one of those two maps when they first join the game, so you are usually fighting inexperienced or inactive players in them.
There is no restriction to who can join them, so it is possible for a high ranking player to join the tutorial maps and farm wins there. But this is relatively rare, so most of the time your competition will be far less than if you were to join a regular World War III world map.
