Able Archer

I saw this years ago. A 2 vs 2 map which takes place in 1983, based on one of the many rises of tensions between east and west.

I havent seen this map in ages but i was curious:

• Does each nation start with preset units - tanks, planes, ships ?

• how many cities does each country have?

• Does the map still exist? Is it playable via alliance challenges?

• If yes, how to play it?
