Aggressive Fire Control

It seems like aggressive fire control doesn't always work. I will have subs, corvettes, or destroyers set to aggressive fire control and moving in a direction where mines have been laid. But instead of attacking the mines aggressively when they are within sight range, the ships continue to move right into the mines.

This makes mines extremely over powered, because unless i'm sitting and watching the screen all day and manually telling my ships to attack the mine, moving my ships is pointless.
