Attack fire range calculator

The idea is to have a what if calculer.

For example:

I have a coastal city . From where in the sea , a vessel wirh a 100 fire range would attack me?. I would put a mine there.

In mountain hill, up to where the range of 50 goes ? I would avoid putting units within this range.

Etc..
