Create New Doctrines

Hello Commanders, i propose the idea of the addition of Two new doctrines, the Chinese and the Indian doctrine, you see both are Major countries and one is a Superpower and relies on itself for almost all tech, which doesnt make sense not to add a chinese doctrine.

However the Indian doctrine is also a good idea as it imports alot of things however most of them its now starting to make itself, i ask the developers to add these two doctrines as they could improve gameplay and realism for many roleplay based servers.
