Enhancing Coalition Leadership Through Positive Reinforcement

To improve coalition leadership, we propose a motivational system where leaders reward members for achieving tactical objectives or exemplary behavior with military medals (e.g., Admiral, General, Colonel).

How it works:

- The leader assigns time-bound objectives (e.g., capturing a territory or defeating a unit).

- Members earn reward points for completing these objectives, unlocking distinctions.

- The leader gains leadership points when objectives are met, reinforcing their authority.

Outcome:

- Leaders are recognized for effective command (e.g., "10-Game Leader", "10 Coalition Victory Leader").

- Members earn prestige (e.g., "Admiral for Capturing 2 Pacific Countries").

This system fosters teamwork, expertise, and positive leadership—replacing threats with incentives.

interesting spin, typically I really really hate this kind of "squad issued command" feature in Fps game. but I think It could fit in WW3 albeit need to explore other idea first. I want to push for strategic planning feature but that is very very big in term of dev cost so atm it is shelfed 😭

Yes , please do propose, brainstorm how it could be . I think should be simple ans not to complex.

I would add:

  • if coalition is changed during the game all distinctions are lots

  • If the the coalition does not win. No distinctions
