You already can. Put a buy offer in the market, then tell your coalition members. They go and sell to you. Easy.

YES,I know but I mean exchange of resources between allies, not selling and buying in the public market.(ex):If you need supplements and I need fuel, we simply exchange it and that's it.That way it would be more realistic and easier.

This will not happen to prevent multi user farming. The Market approaches are valid. Takes bit more time. But you can manage to give for free by selling cheap and buying expensive. Just takes time.
