Game mechanics idea change

I have been trying to find a way to submit feedback for a long time because I truly want the developers to hear my ideas.

This is my suggestion after playing the game for seven months. You may consider me a new player or an experienced one by your standards, but I have learned a great deal from veteran players throughout my journey.

One feature I would love to see is giving every nation its own unique specialty. Don't get me wrong—the current doctrine system is good, but many countries share the same doctrine, leaving little distinction between them. With only three available doctrines (Eastern, European, and Western), many nations end up feeling too similar.

As someone who enjoys playing countries that control important strategic chokepoints and sea lanes, I believe more specialized national abilities would greatly improve the gameplay experience.

For example, Saudi Arabia could produce ballistic missiles at a lower cost, Egypt could receive bonuses related to naval or canal defense, and the United States could specialize in advanced military technology rather than simply receiving percentage-based stat increases.

Another idea would be giving certain countries exclusive units that no other nation can build. For instance, perhaps American tanks could have unique strengths, while Russia could possess a more advanced ICBM. These are just examples, but unique national characteristics would make every country feel more authentic and encourage players to try different nations.

Another feature I would love to see is the addition of civilian shipping.

At the moment, the oceans mainly consist of warships. To make the world feel more alive and realistic, resources traded between nations could be transported by cargo ships.

For example, if the United States sells 30 Electronics to Russia, the shipment should physically travel from an American port to a Russian port. Players could choose which port receives the shipment, or perhaps the developers could introduce dedicated commercial trading ports.

These civilian cargo ships could be intercepted by enemy players, making naval escorts an important part of gameplay. Players would have to protect their trade routes with warships, creating meaningful naval operations instead of simply moving fleets around the map.

This would also make strategic chokepoints such as the Suez Canal, the Strait of Hormuz, the Strait of Malacca, and the Bab el-Mandeb far more valuable. Controlling these locations would become a true strategic objective instead of simply controlling territory.

For landlocked countries, resources could instead travel by trucks or cargo aircraft, giving them a different but equally immersive logistics system.

I believe features like these would create a much more dynamic, realistic, and enjoyable geopolitical experience.

Please consider these ideas. I truly believe this game has enormous potential and could become one of the greatest modern grand strategy games available. I genuinely love the concept of Supremacy: World War 3, and I hope some of these suggestions may inspire future updates.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

Maybe I'll have more ideas in the future!

See you!

The doctrine specific boosts kinda do the job for the nation specific units changes, it would just throw the game off balance entirely and need changes thru every map

Then the trading thing, I like the idea but it ain’t for the main game, recources trading should have a change so you can see who your sending it to but the physical ships and planes will be shot down no matter what, if it was a separate gamemode that you need to kinda escort the ships ect, no one would do it

Overall I see what you mean, I trading would be harder and yes It would also be a free loot for players when they shoot down the shipping ship.

But then, the strait of Hormuz, the strait of Malacca and any Important trading choke points would be useless. Since they are nothing that good passes through them.

Talking about escort, you can do it using your patrol boat and maybe the LCS (invent them) that's why patrol boats have to had a bigger role. To monitor the shipping ship.

I love if the idea happened since the game would achieve realism. But at the same time I also see the issues when there are looters who just shot down every shipping ship and planes....

Yet this is a very realistic approach if the devs wanted to go for real life coded things. I hope they consider it though.

As in the real life, you should have Country that promised your shipping ship safety I think, and that's where piracy become a thing a guess. But having this problems does seems realistic despite the effort to actually care about the shipping ship.

Idk, let's see how things go for the next update. Hope the devs did not ass more pay2win stuff that's already been condemned In Steam and Google play.

game used to have diverse starter units way back in 2017. Like Thailand get surrounded by three countries so it got a bomber. I missed that

Not to forget that the game is entirely pay to win brother. Every officers you see is superb and a guaranteed win . For an example the rare cruiser officer is boosted and so easy to upgrade.

A balanced play style is impossible because of the game pay to win system. Soon enough when the devs see this reply they might become furious and shit.. but the truth hurts, and whoever have money wins. That's the system wheater you like it or not.

Also about those gameplay change, it's what we want lol. If the devs are too lazy to do shit then shut the game down already, yes my words are Harsh. But reading the devs reply makes me think they just wants more money and salary rather than actuallly work on the game itself.

Don't lie, the game is shit. I love the geopolitical in the game but it's not even improved from day to day. And what Hurts me the most is that the replies from the devs is straight up money requiring, saying that the players can use money bought units rather than actuallly giving one.

Yes, they need money. But demanding it from the players is quite diabolical. Because we as players wants the game to be good, not spending money on it for it to be good.

Golders literally win on every match. Team up with them or go down with the others. Even then the devs keep hiding the truth that the game on basis is very much biased to the golders.

So by executing this "speciality" plan F2P players can atleast enjoy and feel like they could control something, and does not feels like it's over when they meet golders.

Nothing stood a chance against this P2W players. Only P2W could defeat P2W using money.

And till then I wonder why does game balancing is still a thing when money towers it all.

There are a lot of great ideas here, a LOT. But the devs response in a way that's.... Aggressive. Rejecting each of them. Even though it's what most players wants.

Realism isn't a thing? On a modern geopolitical games. Realism is not a thing? Then go make some CoC type of games where balloons could make trolls fly.

Yes I am furious by the reply of the devs. Because of how much they reject great ideas and somehow considered the ideas that carry the game back to world war 1.

The shipping ship can't be looted. And so the player doesn't see any benefit to destroy it. But if it's destroyed, the shipping resources in the ship is lost completely.

Meaning you only needs to protect your ship when you are passing through a potential enemy.

Please please devs. Consider this. I am begging you. And I apologize for my rudeness.

I don’t think it’s rude friend. We all have so many ideas for this, and personally, focusing on your trade idea in particular, I love it!! I think the game (as has been said) became ever more pay to win, but I still fun with it, and there are plenty of ideas like yours that I wish would get added.

I think that maybe first they make an abstract trade system, I.e: trading resources within chat. We’ve seen it in Supremacy 1914, I can’t speak to the difficulty of coding, but it’s clearly feasible applicable. I think a similar chat-based trade system would be being able to sell certain kinds of troops, like selling special forces or mercenaries, something much less common, plus a severe cap on how many you can sell/buy per day. The army would they automatically begin moving to the purchaser’s capital, and if no route is physically available, well then the trade cannot happen until done so.

Either way, love your trade idea though!!

Oh, I don't realize that because it didn't seems fit at first... But now I see that you are answering to the "nation get their own speciality" pinpoint. I don't know that this game have used this mechanics before.

Looks forward to answer the trading system? Pleaseeee

Thanks dude you are the best! By the way trading has become one of the most things that players wanted to change. The second things is transport I think. Like the train idea.

I personally like this shipping ship and aircraft because it fits it the devs want to go with real life coded things. But if the devs wanted to go a more basic, simple, play style than maybe they can do the chat trading. It's simple, easy too understand and easy to work with too.

This website have a lot of ideas already, I really really hope them devs consider at least 5 of the top, or maybe the one they like!

Another addition would be that missile difference! Please! Missile has been the same for ages. Give them some changes and benefit to certain doctrine (or nations as I favour) and maybe add certain damage bonus!

Agree 1000% Gold ruins this game. I get frustrated because I pay for the security access and have bought some officers. So I support these guys. But when someone can just buy 10 cruisers out of nowhere. It’s messed up, it causes the inactivity issues that other threads have mentioned, and it drives away players and the community.

There needs to be a gold cap per match or non gold match options

100% agree with you. It's not the game that is bad, it's that folders flip the game entirely. Every time I team up with a golder, they always own half of the world by day 30. And by day 40 the match is dead already because they are no other players who can actively interact with you anymore.

Another thing is that if one day they will be a good spent limitations, I would love to see that every player would have the opportunity to have some gold stocks. Like through the already here daily rewards (although currently it's shit)

But it does the job. It gives the player the opportunity to have some gold stockpile.

Overall, I wishes to see more less P2W type of gameplay in the game. Maybe once the game have found it's own fundings. Maybe from investors or somewhere.

Wish to see more improvement!
