Improve black market deals
The black market deals appear to be random. I got offers like 2000 petrol for 2000 electronics. Problem : it was late game : I had 20k petrol in stock and lacking electronics.
So before offering useless deals analyze what players really need and send offers they can hardly reject.

If you really want to tempt players this feature needs to be more sophisticated. If Mephisto has worked like this Faust would have never been troubled at all. Poor Goethe...
I encourage other players to post here there most redicules offers:
2 chem warheads for 6000 components.
2000 menpower for 3000 electronics.
