If your opponent who did not declare war chooses to move instead of attacking, your ships will not attack their tankers or intercept them until they begin the landing process

🌐 Community Proposal: Visual Optimization, Tactical Port Security & New Elite Officers
Greetings, commanders.
Following up on my previous suggestions, I have formulated a secondary set of features aimed at improving visual immersion, securing operational fairness against offline exploits, and expanding our elite command roster.
Here are the additional proposals for your consideration and vote:
1. Toggleable Visual Enhancement Settings (Mobile Optimization)
The Concept: A dedicated graphics option in the settings menu that can be turned on or off to suit different mobile phone capabilities.
The Visuals: When activated, it introduces beautiful and immersive combat aesthetics without causing performance issues:
Dynamic battlefield fog and smoke dispersion when cities are hit by ballistic missiles, heavy artillery, or airstrikes.
Enhanced, impactful explosion animations and distinct combat effects during tank engagements.
Improved visual accuracy for changing city layouts and more prominent, defined mountain terrain.
The Goal: It doesn't need to be hyper-realistic, but enough to provide visual excitement, atmosphere, and strategic enthusiasm for the player.
2. Territorial Port Security & Anti-Exploit Measures
The Concept: Preventing the highly frustrating, provocative exploit where an opponent executes an undeclared sneak attack or naval landing while you are offline or asleep.
The Mechanics: Introduce a territorial defensive zone around ports. Transport ships cannot freely approach or dock at a port if the player hasn't declared war or granted right of way.
The Strategic Impact: Instead of waiting until the enemy forces begin descending onto the shore to trigger a war state, your coastal defenses and nearby fleets will automatically intercept and open fire on unauthorized foreign ships before they can reach the port. This prevents unfair surprise landings while you sleep.
3. New Elite Unit: The Electromagnetic Gun Officer (Railgun Officer)
The Concept: Introducing a dedicated elite leader to maximize the potential of high-tech artillery.
The Mechanics: A specialized command officer designed specifically to lead Electromagnetic Gun (Railgun) batteries.
The Strategic Impact: This officer will provide tailored tactical buffs to the Railgun, offsetting some of its heavy terrain restrictions by boosting its targeting matrix, shielding, or firepower when deployed under his command.

Well that's why I have coastal batteries and at least one ships on each Core homeland port city. You can't imagine how many kills. These corvette (now speedboat) do in early game.
When it comes to railguns. Try to. Mix them with tank general. You will be amazed. I call it nuke on wheels. There is no need IMHO for more.
