Reaearch: change from supply to components

I endorse the recent developments of changing resources for tank research to. Components.

I would encourage the dev team to walk the whole way.

Ships, Airplanes and the rest of units that need components for construction should be researched with components.

This connection is way easier for Newcomers to understand in opposite to just some random tanks ( not elite battle tanks and not tank general either - I will drop big report for this)
