"The plan was never on paper. It was welded onto the vehicle at 3am."
Some commanders study the battlefield. Others reshape it before the enemy realizes the rules have changed.
Introducing Arthur MacTavish, a legendary Scottish commander whose relentless experimentation with Armored Cars has forged a new doctrine of speed, pressure, and aggression. Where others see an uncertain front, Arthur sees a problem waiting to be engineered.
Who is Arthur MacTavish?
Arthur MacTavish built his reputation by questioning everything the old guard considered settled.
Inspired by the early pioneers of British armored warfare, Arthur saw the potential of the Armored Car long before many commanders were willing to trust it. To him, these machines were not merely defensive bulwarks. They were tools for seizing the initiative, exploiting weak points, and forcing an enemy to react before they could establish their defenses.
His methods were unconventional, occasionally reckless, and rarely appreciated by those who preferred plans written neatly at headquarters. Arthur preferred the workshop, where engines were pushed beyond their specifications and battlefield problems were solved with steel, spare parts, and very little sleep.
Arthur's Unique Abilities
- Reckless Mastermind: Arthur has little patience for machines built only to scout and retreat. He modifies his Armoured Cars for one purpose: attack. Armoured Cars in his army deal increased attack damage, but their defense damage is reduced, rewarding commanders who strike first and keep the pressure on.
- Built for aggression: To Arthur, a vehicle that can keep moving can keep fighting. Reinforced frames, improvised repairs, and relentless field testing make his machines harder to stop. Armoured Cars in Arthur’s army have increased HP, allowing them to stay in the fight longer and push deeper into enemy territory.
- Pedal to the metal: Arthur does not believe in waiting for the front line to come to him. He would rather reach it first. All units in Arthur’s army have increased movement speed, helping his forces seize ground, exploit openings, and keep the enemy reacting to his next move.
Arthur turns the Armoured Car into the spearhead of an aggressive early game campaign. His combination of mobility and offensive power rewards commanders who stay on the move. Keep expanding and deny your opponents the time they need to establish a secure front.
