
Attention Commanders
This update delivers a broad range of balance changes, gameplay improvements, and bug fixes. General audio enhancements and visual polishes were implemented through improved text and image alignment. We've introduced several unit and building balance adjustments, including a significant rebalance of strategic bombing, defensive structures, and building damage values across multiple unit types. You will also notice a variety of fixes addressing mobilization restrictions, city information displays, aircraft behavior and mobile performance.
Changes
Narawit “Krait” Sornchai Officer is now able to use infantry loadouts.
Domed Complex now grants double population growth instead of boosting construction speed.
Heavy Bomber:
Rebalanced the Heavy Bomber to better align with its intended role. Heavy Bombers are now more effective at strategic bombing targets, while their effectiveness against ground troops has been reduced.
- Increased HP from 20/23/24/26/27/30/35 to 25/30/30/35/35/40/45
- Decreased damage against soft targets from 7/7.5/8/10/11/13/13 to 5.5/6/6.5/7.5/8/9/10
- Decreased damage against hard targets from 3/3/3/4/4/5/5 to 2.5/2.5/2.5/3.5/3.5/3.5/4.5/4.5
- Decreased damage against surface vessels from 3/3/3/4/4/5/5 to 2.5/2.5/2.5/3.5/3.5/3.5/4.5/4.5
Stealth Bomber:
- Increased HP from 26 to 40
- Decreased damage against soft targets from 15 to 11
- Decreased damage against hard targets from 7.5 to 6
Underground Bunkers:
- Shields all other buildings of its level from taking damage.
- Construction cost 20% cheaper across all levels
- Increased construction time from 9/12/15/17/20 to 9/12/16/26/36 hours
- Increased Population protection from 2/4/6/8/10 to 5/6/8/10/10
- Increased Lv.5 Entrenchment value from 76% to 83%
Combat Outpost:
- Shields all other buildings of its level from taking damage.
Building damage rebalance:
- Main battle tanks increased buildings damage from 0.3/0.3/0.3/0.3/0.3/0.4/0.4 to 0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.5/4.5
- Elite main battle tanks increased buildings damage from 0.3/0.3/0.4 to 1.5/3/5.5
- Cruiser increased buildings damage from 1.5/1.5/2.0/2.0/2.5 to 1.5/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0, added storm position perk at Lv.5
- Frigate and Destroyer decreased building damage at maximum Lv. from 2.0 to 1.5
Coastal Battery:
This unit previously featured decent air defense to compensate for the lack of dedicated static anti-air. Now that static anti-air is available, its air defense has been removed and its cost has been adjusted to reflect the change.
- Removed Helicopter defense, previously 0/1.5/2.5/3.6
- Removed Missile defense, previously 0/0/0.9/2.7
- Reduced tier 3 radar range from 125 to 75
Static Radar:
This unit originally lacked ship detection as the feature was intended to be provided by separate naval tools. As that design direction changed, ship detection has been incorporated into the unit.
- Radar can now detect high naval signature
- Construction cost reduced by 22% and Upkeep reduced by 39%
Fixes
- Fixed issue with Level 1 & 2 Special Forces Veterans triggering a war declaration when entering neutral territory.
- Fixed issue with incorrect radar range statistics being displayed for the Elite Frigate on Mobile.
- Fixed issue with UI performance lag on Mobile and the modern client when building, mobilizing, or queuing actions across multiple provinces.
- Fixed issue with the City column in the Diplomacy Tab displaying an incorrect value on the modern client. The column now correctly shows only the number of cities owned by a country, rather than the combined total of cities and provinces.
- Fixed issue with drag-and-drop interactions for grounded Aircrafts on mobile. Aircrafts now correctly follow expected behavior and no longer display invalid movement paths or arrival time estimates.
- Fixed issue with the Demolish function on the modern client. Buildings selected for demolition are now correctly targeted, preventing unintended demolition of buildings in other cities.
- Fixed issue with grounded Aircraft displaying the incorrect HP value on Mobile and the modern client.
- Fixed issue on Mobile where grounded Aircrafts could be dragged across the map, displaying invalid movement paths.
- Fixed issue with city population values displaying as 0 in the Cities List on the modern client.
- Fixed issue where Underground Bunkers and Combat Outposts could receive double damage.
